Oyster: Garlic Oysters

24 Oysters on half shell
125 g (4 oz) Butter
3 Cloves garlic
6 Shallots or spring onions
1 tb Finely-chopped parsley
Salt, pepper Recipe
Put oysters on oven tray, or heatproof serving dishes. Combine butter, salt, pepper, crushed garlic, finely-chopped shallots and parsley in saucepan, stir over low heat until butter melts. Spoon over oysters, place under heated griller for 1-2 mins, just to warm through. Serves 4 as an appetizer or 2 as a main course.
