1 bowl of 1-2" halibut chunks
1 pot boiling water
1/2 cup salt
1/4 cup sugar
Recipe
This recipe looks and tastes like lobster. Any boneless piece(s) of halibut will do. Even halibut with freezer burn will work. Boil water with salt and sugar (these are estimates and can be adjusted to taste). Add chunks of halibut to boiling water as room in the pan becomes available. When the halibut turns opaque and begins to flake (usually they will float to the top) remove from pan. Sprinkle with parsley or paparika to give the fish a look like lobster. Serve with melted butter.
