Halibut: Roasted Orange and Fennel Halibut

SAUCE;
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
HALIBUT:
1 1/2 pounds halibut fillet, cut into 4 pieces
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
1/2 teaspoon crushed fennel seed
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Recipe
Heat oven to 450ºF. Spray shallow baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In small bowl, combine all sauce ingriedents; mix well. Refrigerate until serving time. Place halibut in sprayed pan. Brush with orange juice. Sprinkle with 2 tbl. parsley, 2 tsp. orange peel, fennel and garlic salt; rub into fish with fingers. Bake at 425ºF for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve sauce with halibut. Serves 4.
