Salmon: Salmon Steaks with Tarragon Sauce

1/3 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
1 clove garlic, minced
1 dash salt
2 salmon steaks (1" thick)
Recipe
Heat grill. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except for salmon steaks; blend well. When ready to grill, place salmon steaks on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4-6 inches from medium coals. Cook 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork and is opaque in center, turning once. Serve salmon with sauce. To broil, place on broiler pan; broil 4-6 inches from heat using times above as a guide, turning once. Serves 2.
