Scallops: Scallop Scampi

List of Ingredients
1 pkg. egg noodles
2 lb. baby scallops
1/2 cup butter
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
2 tbl. olive oil
2 tbl. minced parsley
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
old bay seasoning to tasteRecipe
Melt butter in nonstick pan. Add garlic and simmer 2 minutes. Add in heavy ceam, salt and pepper. Saute scallops quickly over medium high heat. Remove and drain. Cook noodles according to package directions in boiling salted water; drain. Place noodles and scallops on plate; top wth sauce and cheese and parsley. Season with Old Bay.
