2 Tablespoons low calorie margarine
2 Tablespoons dry white wine
1 clove garlic, minced
1 sprig parsley, finely chopped
1 pounds scallops
2 Tablespoons lemon juice

Melt margarine in a small saucepan. add wine, garlic and parsley and blend thoroughly. Sprinkle scallops with lemon juice and place in a baking dish. Pour the margarine wine mixture over the scallops and bake in a preheated oven set at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges.
