Shrimp: Hawaiian Sesame Shrimp

1 tb Sesame seeds
2 tb Sesame oil
2 tb Vegetable oil
1 lb Shrimp; peeled and deveined
1/2 c Scallions; chopped
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 tb Brown sugar
1 tb Soy sauceRecipe
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Toast sesame seeds until golden brown. Heat oils in a heavy pan over high heat. Add shrimp, scallions, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir fry for 1 to 3 mins. Reduce heat to low, add soy sauce and stir. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve hot.
