Shrimp: Hot Lips Shrimp

List of Ingredients
3/4 lb. raw shrimp or prawns shelled (about 20)
3 Tbsp butter
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp dry red wine
1/4 tsp salt Recipe
1. Lay out the shrimp in a baking dish large enough to accommodate them in one layer.
2. In a small saucepan, combine the butter, chili powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, wine and salt. Bring to a boil, then pour over the shrimp.
3. Bake in a 400-degree (F) oven just until done, about 8 to 10 minutes, depending on their size. Serve this with a simple tossed salad, crusty French or Italian bread, and a bottle of your favorite wine. Serves 2
