Sole: Sole with Sour Cream

2 pounds sole fillet
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup parmesan cheese -- grated
1 cup lowfat sour cream
Recipe
Roll fish in flour seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika. Brown fillets in butter on both sides in frying pan. Remove fish to buttered shallow baking dish. In separate dish, mix parmesan cheese and sour cream; spoon on top of fillets. Finish baking in preheated 350ºF oven for 10 minutes - topping will bubble. Serves 6.
