    1/2 cup chopped onion
    4 slices white bread, crumbled
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    4 2 ounce white fish fillets
    2 teaspoons margarine
    1/2 teaspoon paprika

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400ºF. In large skillet sprayed with butter flavor cook spray, saute onions till tender. Add breadcrumbs, basil and black pepper. Mix well. Layer stuffing mix evenly in 8x8 pan sprayed with butter flavor cooking spray. Place fillets on top of stuffing. Melt butter and drizzle over fish. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake 15-20 minutes or til fish flakes easily.
