    Tuna: Tuna Steaks with Soy Ginger Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    1 tablespoon oil
    2 teaspoons chopped garlic
    2 3/4" thick tuna steaks (1/2 lb. each)
    1/2 cup white wine vinegar
    2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/4 cup sliced green onions
    red pepper flakes
    1 tablespoon lemon juice

    Recipe

    In 10" skillet, heat the oil; stir in garlic. Add tuna and cook over medium high, turning once, til browned (about 5-6 minutes). Stir in vinegar, soy and ginger. Reduce to medium; cook until fish flakes with fork (about 8-10 minutes). Stir in onion, lemon peel and juice; sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Serve with rice or vermicelli.
