1 cup beef gravy
1 cup bread crumb cubes
1/4 cup minced onions
1 1/2 lb ground beef -- (1 1/2 to 2)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls
Recipe
Combine 1/4 cup gravy with beef, bread cubes, egg, onion, and salt; refrigerate remaining gravy. Mix thoroughly. Spray loaf pan with Pam. Place mixture in loaf pan. Bake at 375�F for 45 minutes. Separate rolls, place crosswise over meatloaf, overlapping slightly. Bake 15 minutes more. If desired, remaining gravy may be heated and serve over meatloaf. Serves 6 to 8.
