    1 1/2 pounds ground beef
    1 medium onion ; chopped
    3 eggs
    2 medium potatoes ; cooked and chopped
    1 sweet potato ; cooked and chopped
    3 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/4 cup catsup
    Salt ; and pepper

    Recipe



    Mix beef, onion, eggs, potatoes, sweet potato and cornstarch. Place in casserole; shape into loaf. Pour catsup over loaf; season with salt and pepper. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees F until done.
