Chicken & Broccoli Lasagna

List of Ingredients
SAUCE:
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
1 cup chicken broth
3 eggs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
LASAGNA:
1 pack cooked lasagna noodles
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups diced chicken breast
1 bag frozen broccoli cuts
1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Sauce: Melt butter, stir in flour. Add milk and whisk until smooth. Cook stirring constantly until thick. Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Add a small amount of the sauce to the eggs to temper them so they will not cook in the sauce. Slowly add the eggs to the sauce, stirring continually. Add cheese and rest of ingredients. Saute chicken with onions and garlic. Stir in broccoli and cook until tender. Add seasonings. Layer a greased, 9x13 as follows: sauce, mozzarella, noodles, chicken. Repeat, finishing with cheese. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes.
