Philly Cheesesteak Lasagna

List of Ingredients
8 oz package chip steak
1 medium onion, sliced thin
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbs. dry Chile flakes
lg. container whole milk ricotta cheese
8 oz shredded mozzarella
1 extra large egg
parmigiano regianno cheese, grated
your favorite red spaghetti sauce
1 pk no-cook lasagna noodles.....I used Ronzoni
Recipe
Fry onion slices in some olive oil, cook till browned. Add chip steak, pulling it apart as you add it....fry till it is no longer red. Add garlic and red Chile flakes. Cook till garlic is softened. Mix ricotta, egg, some pram cheese and a bit of the mozzarella together.
Place a spoonful of sauce on the bottom of baking pan. Top with a layer of noodles. Put meat/onion mixture onto noodles. Sprinkle with parm. cheese. Add next layer of noodles. Next, put cheese mixture on the noodles. Put about 1/2 remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Put final layer of noodles on. Cover with spaghetti sauce, sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Shake a bit of parm cheese on top. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove foil. Return to oven and bake 40 minutes more..till mixture is bubbly. Remove from oven. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
