Spinach Lasagna

List of Ingredients
2 packages frozen chopped spinach
9 lasagna noodles
1 pound cottage cheese
10 ounces Monterey jack cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper and garlic
1/4 teaspoon oregano and basil
Recipe
Cook noodles and steam spinach until limp. Mix cottage cheese with egg and spices. Layer into buttered 2 qt. baking dish, starting with noodles and ending with cheese. Spread sour cream on top to keep moist. Bake at 350ºF for 1/2 hour covered and 15 minutes uncovered.
