Macaroni and Cheese - Lowfat

Butter Busters
List of Ingredients
3 tablespoons liquid butter buds
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups skim milk
1 tablespoon liquid butter buds
2 cups elbow or shell macaroni cooked
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups grated nonfat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crushed seasoned cubed style stuffing Recipe
Prepare white sauce by mixing butter buds, flour, pepper, and slowly adding skim milk. Stir with wire whisk till smooth and thickened. Set aside. Place half of cooked pasta in bottom of 2 quart casserole that has been sprayed with nonfat cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cheese. Repeat. Pour sauce over the casserole. Drizzle 1 Tbl. liquid butter buds over the top. Sprinkle remaining cheeses over this. Sprinkle crushed stuffing cubes on top. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
