Macaroni and Cheese Dijon 2

1 -1/4 cups milk
1/2 lb.(8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon cooked, crumbled
1/3 cup green onion slices
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
3 -1/2 cups tri-colored rotini pasta (12 oz.), cooked, drained
1/2 cup French fried onion rings Recipe
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix milk, VELVEETA and mustard in medium saucepan; cook on low heat until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally. Add bacon, green onions and pepper; mix lightly. Remove from heat. Add to hot pasta in large bowl; toss to coat.SPOON into greased 2-quart casserole dish; cover.BAKE 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through. Uncover; stir. Top with onion rings. Bake, uncovered, an additional 5 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
