12 ounce Medium size rigatoni pasta
1/2 pound Velveeta cubed
3 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoon Flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon Paprika
1 1/2 cup Milk
Recipe
Prepare Rigatoni using package instructions. Drain and set aside.In a large saucepan on medium heat melt butter and add flour, stirring constantly until thickened. When mixture has thickened add milk, salt, paprika and cheese, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens but yet is smooth. If mixture is too thick, add a little more milk. Pour the drained pasta into the sauce and gently stir well to completely coat the pasta. Serve.
