Alfredo: Alfredo Sauce

List of Ingredients
1 stick butter
1/2 cup half and half or whipping cream
1 wedge Parmesan or Romano cheese (3/4c) -- grated
pasta of your choice
Recipe
Cook noodles. Meanwhile, heat butter and half and half in 1 quart saucepan over low heat until butter is melted. Stir in cheese, salt and pepper. Drain noodles, then toss with sauce until noodles are well coated. Sprinkle with Essence spice and fine minced fresh parsley if desired.
