    Artichoke: Artichoke Hearts & Cream Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    10 slices bacon
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/2 cup scallion -- sliced
    1/2 cup half and half
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
    1/4 cup parsley -- minced
    2 cans artichoke hearts

    Recipe

    Fry bacon til crisp, then crumble when cool. Heat butter and artichoke hearts in skillet. Add scallion and saute. Add half and half, and Parmesan; heat through. Add in parsley. Serve over hot pasta.
