Tortellini: Baked Tortellini with 3 Cheeses

1 pound fresh tortellini
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 ounce fresh basil leaves
1/4 pound smoked cheese, sliced
4 tablespoons fresh grated Parmesan
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Cook pasta in boiling salted water, then drain well. Beat eggs with ricotta, and season well with salt and pepper. Use the butter to grease a casserole dish. Spoon in half of pasta, and pour half of ricotta mix on top. Sprinkle with half of basil leaves. Cover with smoked cheese and remaining basil. Top with rest of pasta and spread over top the rest of ricotta mixture. Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan. Bake in oven for 35-45 minutes or till golden brown and bubbling.
