    Alfredo: Best Alfredo Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    6 tablespoons butter
    8 ounces heavy whipping cream
    2 ounces grated Romano cheese
    4 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
    sprinkle garlic powder
    sprinkle salt and pepper
    3 tablespoons dried parsley flakes

    Recipe

    Melt butter in saucepan. Add whipping cream. When warm, gradually add cheeses, stirring in with whisk for best results. Add garlic powder and salt, pepper as desired. Lastly add parsley. Whisk frequently to prevent burning cheese. If tastes too cheesy, may require quarter of cup of milk. Best to prepare on low heat, but must raise to boiling just before serving to eliminate granular consistency of cheese. Total prep time is 5-10 minutes.
