    Herb: Buttery Herb Wine Sauce

    List of Ingredients

     1/4 cup butter
    1 (4 ounce) jar mushrooms, drained
    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup white wine
    1 cup chicken broth
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
    1 egg 

    Recipe

    In a skillet over medium heat, saute the mushrooms in butter. Mix in flour and salt. Stir in wine, chicken broth, and cream. Simmer with Italian seasoning and egg; mix well.Makes 8 servings
