12 ounces cheese tortellini
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon crumbled rosemary
1/4 pound prosciutto, cut 1/4" strips
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
Cook tortellini according to package directions. In a skillet heat olive oil and cook garlic and rosemary. Stir in prosciutto and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan and butter. Add cooked tortellini and toss to coat. Serve with fresh pepper and Parmesan. Yield: 2 servings
