Stuffed Shells: Clam Stuffed Pasta Shells & Herb Butter

6 ounces minced clams, undrained
1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
8 jumbo pasta shells, fresh cooked
1 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon mixed Italian herbs
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine clams with liquid, bread crumbs and cheese. Spoon mixture into pasta shells. (Can be prepared 3 hours ahead, covered and refrigerated.) Melt butter in 8" square baking dish in oven. Stir in herb mixture. Arrange pasta shells in dish and spoon butter over. Bake 20 minutes. Serve hot.
