Cheese Sauce: Creamy Parmesan Cheese Pasta Sauce

List of Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1/2c. Parmesan cheese
3/4c. milk
dash of pepper and nutmeg


Recipe

1. Microwave cream cheese, milk, parmesan in 1 qt. measure. Microwave on medium 6-8 mins. or until smooth, stirring every 2 mins.

2. Stir in seasonings. Toss with hot cooked pasta.
