Seafood: Crescent City Brewhouse Seafood Linguine

1/2 pound fresh mussels, scrub and debeard
1/2 pound shrimp, peel and devein
2 cups heavy whipping cream
4 ounces grated Romano cheese
1 yellow jumbo onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 pound clams
1/2 pound crawfish tails
1 tablespoon dry basil
1 tablespoon dry thyme
2 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons minced garlic
Recipe
Saute onions and half of the garlic in butter until soft. Add the mussels, clams and white wine, steam until the clams and mussels open then remove them. Add remainder of garlic and all other seafood, followed by the basil and thyme. Saute mixture until shrimp are firm, add mussels and clams back to pot. Saute together for two minutes. Add whipping cream and let reduce for 10 minutes. Add grated cheese to mixture and serve over linguine.
