Chicken: Debbie's Chicken Spaghetti

2 pounds chicken, cut up, sauteed
1 cup cream
1/2 pound thinly sliced mushrooms
2 cups chicken broth
5 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 pound cooked spaghetti
Recipe
Melt butter and add flour to form a roux. Whisk in the chicken broth and cream. Bring the sauce to a boil. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Stir in the mushrooms and chicken. Serve over cooked spaghetti and top with parmesan cheese.
