    Baked: Dill Havarti Penne Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    2 lbs. penne, cooked
    1 lb. dill, Havarti
    8 oz. butter
    2 tbsps. flour
    1 qt. half and half cream
    1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, sliced
    1 red onion
    1 red pepper

    Recipe

    Cook the pasta according to package direction. Melt the butter and flour together and add the half and half and then the Havarti. Stir until thickened. Add the sun dried tomatoes, red onions, and red peppers to the cooked pasta, stir in the cheese sauce and place all of the ingredients in a highly oiled casserole dish and bake for 1 hour covered at 350 degrees.
