Alfredo: Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken

1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon flour
1 can evaporated skim milk
1 teaspoon parsley -- chopped
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken -- julienned
1/2 cup bacon bits
4 cups cooked pasta
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
Recipe
In skillet, melt butter; add flour and cook for a few minutes. Pour milk into mixture in thin stream and stir with wire whisk. Add cheese and parsley, and fold in cooked chicken and crumbled bacon. Season with ground pepper. Cook for a few minutes to desired thickness. Add fettuccine and serve.
