Alfredo: Fettuccine Alfredo with Crab

1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 package imitation crab meat, chunk style
3 cups cooked fettuccine noodles
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Combine butter, cream, mozzarella cheese and cook over low heat until cheese melts and cream bubbles and thickens. Add parsley and crab. Stir and heat until meat is heated through. Arrange noodles on large plate and pour mixture over noodles. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan, serving immediately. Serves 4.
