List of Ingredients
3/4 cup fresh herbs, a combination of:
fresh oregano, fresh basil, fresh thyme -- fresh parsley
2 pounds tomatoes -- diced
1 Pinch salt
1 Pinch black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1 pound penne
1 cup grated lowfat cheddar cheese
Recipe
Combine herbs, onion, oil, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook pasta al dente. Toss with tomato, herb, oil mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and serve. Serves 5.
