1 tablespoon shallots
1 teaspoon butter
1/4 cup white wine
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup Gorgonzola cheese
Recipe
Saute shallots in butter. Deglaze the pan with white wine. Add heavy cream and cook until it reduces slightly in volume. Add salt, pepper and Gorgonzola cheese. Simmer until sauce is free of lumps.
