Lemon: Lemon Dijon Pasta & Peas

2 cups uncooked pasta nuggets
2 cups frozen peas
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
Recipe
Cook pasta, adding peas during last 5 minutes of cooking. Rinse with hot water and drain. Melt butter in other pot until sizzling; stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually stir in milk and mustard. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a full boil (4-6 minutes). Boil for one minute. Remove from heat; stir in onion and lemon. Immediately add pasta mix and toss to coat with sauce.
