Seafood: Linguine w/ Scallops and Pesto

List of Ingredients
2 tsp olive oil
3 oz linguine
1 tsp safflower oil
4 oz scallops
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp flour
2 cloves garlic -- minced
4 tsp white wine
1/4 tsp dried oregano
4 tsp pesto sauce
4 tsp water
Recipe
Heat oils. Pepper scallops and dust with flour. Brown in oil. Add garlic, wine and oregano. Cook until wine cooks out (scallops should only cook 1 to 2 minutes). Add pesto mixed with water and scallops to pasta and mix. Serves 1
