    Marinara: Marinara Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    1 tablespoon olive oil
    3/4 cup chopped onion
    1 teaspoon dried whole rosemary -- crushed
    4 cloves garlic -- crushed
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    14 1/2 ounces no-salt-added whole tomatoes -- (1 can)
    undrained and chopped
    1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil

    Recipe

    Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, rosemary, and garlic; saute 3 minutes. Add sugar and next 3 ingredients; cook, uncovered, over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in basil.
