Misc: Orrechiette with Broccoli Rabe & Beans

List of Ingredients
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
6 cloves garlic
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup dry white wine
2 cans cannellini or white beans, drain and rinse
3/4 teaspoon dried savory
3/4 pound orecchiette pasta, or ziti or penne
1 bunch (1 1/2 lb) broccoli rabe, cut 1" pieces
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil and cook the garlic over medium low heat for 1 minute. Stir in the broth, wine, beans and savory. Simmer uncovered until slightly reduced, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until almost al dente, about 9 minutes. Add the broccoli rabe and cook until the pasta is al dente and the broccoli rabe is crisp tender, 2-4 minutes more. Drain well. Toss the pasta and broccoli rabe with the sauce. Add the cheese and pepper to taste. Toss again and serve immediately. Serves 6.
