Seafood: Pasta Twists with Baby Shrimp & Peas

16 ounces gemelli pasta (spiral shape)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons thin sliced green onions
1 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups small frozen salad shrimp, thawed
1 cup frozen baby peas, thawed
Recipe
Cook pasta according to package direction and then drain. Meanwhile, melt butter in large broad saucepan or deep skillet. Add green onion; cook and stir about 2 minutes or until wilted. Add cream and heat to boiling. Boil about 5 minutes or until slightly thickened and reduce to about 34 cup. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add hot drained pasta to saucepan with shrimp and peas; cook and stir over low heat until heated through. Serves 6-8.
