Garlic: Pasta with Oil and Garlic

1/2 pound uncooked fettuccine
1/3 cup olive oil
3 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe
Cook pasta in large pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain and keep warm. Heat oil in skillet on low heat. Add garlic to skillet and cook until light golden (2-3 minutes - do not brown). Remove pan from heat; stir in parsley, salt and pepper. Add hot pasta to skillet, toss and serve with cheese on top.
