List of Ingredients

1 pound fresh penne pasta, cooked/drain -- coat w/ oil
1/4 pound prosciutto -- rough chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 head roasted garlic
2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup white wine
1 1/2 cups cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon basil, fresh




Recipe

Cook bacon and raw garlic for a few minutes; add roasted garlic. Put onto high heat, and add wine; reduce. Add tomato and cream; let reduce slightly. Add basil and parmesan. Toss with pasta.
