Tomato: Penne w/ Tomatoes, Olives & Garlic

1/2 pound penne pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 can (14.5-oz.) ready cut tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped black olives
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Cook pasta according to package directions; set aside. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and olives. Sauté for 5 more minutes. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Toss pasta with sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese before serving.
