List of Ingredients
1 jar Burgundy wine pasta sauce
1 jar roasted garlic tomato pasta sauce
2 small jars roasted garlic tomato paste
2 small jars roasted garlic tomato sauce
3 tablespoons crushed red pepper
2 tablespoons dried parsley
2 teaspoons roast garlic pepper
1 package sliced pepperoni (or 1/2 log, fresh cut up)
Recipe
Puree pasta sauces with seasonings and tomato sauce. (Can use favorite flavors of pasta sauce instead). Place in crockpot with cut pepperoni and mix well. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Excellent over spiral pasta. Garnish with grated Parmesan. The longer it sits, the hotter it gets. Good with garlic bread and fresh salad.
For this recipe, would be fine to substitute your favorite pasta sauces for the ones listed above. Can also use tomato paste and tomato sauce that do not contain roasted garlic as desired.
