1 cup creme fraiche
1 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
black or white pepper


Recipe

Mix Creme Fraiche and broth in a pot. Stir. Add the corn starch. Stir. Bring to a boil. Add the cheese and pepper. Possible ingredients: clams, tuna fish and lemon, shrimps, garlic or smoked ham.
