Pesto: Pesto for Pasta

List of Ingredients
2 cups basil leaves
2 cups collard greens
3 cloves garlic
2 ounces parsley
3/4 cup olive oil
1 cup grated italian cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
In a food processor, chop first four ingredients. To this mixture, add olive oil, cheese, salt and pepper. Mix and serve. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
