    Seafood: Scallops over Angel Hair

    List of Ingredients

    8 ounces angel hair pasta
    2 tablespoons butter
    3 cloves garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
    1 pound bay or sea scallops, rinsed and drained
    2 lemons, juiced
    1/4 cup white wine
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

    Recipe

    Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. When foam subsides, sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minutes. Add scallops and sauté for 3 minutes, until golden. Pour in lemon juice, white wine, parsley, salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 mintues. Toss with cooked pasta and serve immediately.
