    Bacon: Sensieri's Pasta Dish

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound medium pasta shells
    1 pound bacon
    1 bag frozen petite peas
    salt and pepper
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    16 ounces ricotta cheese
    16 ounces Parmesan cheese

    Recipe

    Chop bacon into small pieces and fry over medium heat. Drain most of grease. Mix garlic into bacon and saute until lightly cooked; stir in peas and keep warm. Boil pasta. In mixing bowl, combine ricotta and parmesan with salt and pepper to taste. Drain pasta and toss with cheese mixture. Stir in bacon and peas. If mixture is tight, add chicken broth until desired consistency.
