    Misc: Sesame Noodles, Oriental Style

    List of Ingredients

    8 ounces spaghetti
    3 tablespoons dark sesame oil
    1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
    1/4 cup chicken stock
    4 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
    1 tablespoon dry sherry
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    2 green onions, minced (include tops)
    2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

    Recipe

    Cook noodles until al dente, then drain and rinse in cold water. In large bowl, toss cooked noodles with 1 tbl. sesame oil. In food processor blend all but noodles, green onions and sesame seeds. Add sauce and onions to noodles and toss to coat. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve at room temp as side dish. Serves 4.
