    Seafood: Shrimp & Asparagus Over Pasta

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 pound cleaned shrimp
    1/2 pound penne or ziti pasta
    1 pound fresh asparagus, cut 1"
    1/4 pound sun dried tomatoes
    1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
    2 dashes hot pepper sauce
    1 tablespoon butter
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    salt to taste

    Recipe

    Boil water for the pasta. In a large skillet heat oil and butter till butter has melted add garlic, pepper flakes and hot sauce in heated oil and butter for 2 to 3 minutes. Add shrimp, asparagaus,sun dried tomatoes and salt/pepper;saute until asparagus is crisp-tender and shrimp are pink about 8 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese, mix well. Pour over hot pasta and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
