    Seafood: Spaghetti w/ Crab Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb Crabmeat
    1/2 c Onion chopped
    1/2 c Celery chopped
    2 Cloves garlic finely chopped
    2 tb Parsley chopped
    1 c Canned tomatoes
    1/4 c Butter melted
    1 cn (8-oz) tomato paste
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Paprika
    1 d Pepper
    3 c Cooked spaghetti
    Grated parmesan cheese

    Recipe

    Remove any remaining shell from crabmeat. Cook onion, celery, garlic, and parsley in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and seasonings. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add crabmeat; heat. Serve over spaghetti. Garnish with cheese sprinkled over the top. Serves 6.
